  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Martelle International ltd. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Martelle International ltd. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    1.     Shipping is included to the continental USA, curbside service.

    2.     Items ship FEDEX but if your item requires shipment via freight see #3 and #4

    3.     If your item ships freight to a business there are no additional fees.

    4.     If your item ships freight to a residence there is an additional surcharge of $80. This applies only to very large items and not to small tables, lamps, accessories.  Ask if you have a question to verify if the item you are looking or bidding on requires this surcharge.

    5.     Express shipping and insurance are extra

    6.     No PO Boxes or APO’s (sorry)

    7.  Most of your purchased items are shipped via specialty furniture carriers for delivery. FURNITURE CARRIERS MOVE SLOWER-AND CAN TAKE UP TO 3-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Martelle International ltd. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    No returns are allowed unless the item shipped is incorrect or if the item was damaged during shipping. Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours and include photos of the damage. Original packaging must not be discarded so we can ship the item back to us for your refund or store credit.

    We include shipping which can be quite expensive on our items since most ship freight.  This is the reason we do not offer returns. If there is an absolute need to return and item we may at our discretion allow it if the client realizes they will have to pay return shipping, original shipping, and actual restocking fees.  We want our customers happy and strive each day to remedy any problems.  Contacting us is always the best method to see how we can help you!
